How long does a project take?
It depends on the service: 1–3 business days for editing supplied footage, 2–4 for text-to-video, 3–6 for product demos and 5–10 for animated explainers. The full table is in our Delivery Policy. Your confirmed delivery date is always stated in the quote before you pay.
What do you need from me to start?
A short brief and any source material you have — text, script, raw footage, product links, brand assets, logo and fonts. If you only have an idea, we can write the script for you as part of the project.
How are files delivered?
Entirely online. You receive a secure download link with the final video in the resolutions and aspect ratios agreed in your brief. Links stay active for at least 30 days. We never ship physical media and we have no retail location — see the Delivery Policy.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes at least two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, or changes that expand the original brief, are quoted separately before any extra work starts.
Who owns the finished video?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final deliverable. Third-party stock and music remain under their own licences, which we secure for your use. See our Terms of Service.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on length, format and how much production is involved. Indicative starting prices are listed on the Services page, and every project gets a fixed written quote before work begins — no hourly surprises.
