What should I include in my brief?
The goal of the video, the audience, roughly how long it should be, where it will be published, your deadline, and any source material you already have (script, footage, product links, logo, brand colours). If you're missing pieces, say so — we'll tell you what we can supply.
How do I send large files?
Don't attach them to your first email. Once the quote is agreed, we'll send you an upload link that handles large footage transfers, or you can share a cloud folder link (Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your project involves unreleased products or confidential material, mention it in your enquiry and we'll put a mutual NDA in place before you share anything.
Is the quote free?
Yes — quotes and recommendations cost nothing and carry no obligation. You only pay once you've approved a written scope and price.
